Returns and Order Changes

Our products are made to order and are final sale. Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to request changes or cancel it. To make a change, email [email protected] with your order number.

Because swatch orders ship the same day, they are not eligible for cancellation under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing so you can see the color, pattern and texture in your space.

One-Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty, beginning on the date of delivery.

Workroom errors. If your product arrives with a workroom error, such as incorrect dimensions, or a fabric or option that differs from your order, please report it within 30 days of delivery. Workroom errors reported after 30 days are not covered.

Manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects are covered for the full year from delivery.

How to submit a claim. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or replacement.

What the warranty does not cover. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or installation, misuse, fading or discoloration caused by sunlight or environmental conditions, or alterations made after delivery.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your selection, you may exchange your unused product and receive a credit equal to 50% of the original product value. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

You are responsible for returning the unused item and for all associated return shipping costs.

This exchange offer does not apply to furniture, embroidered pillows or embroidered pouches.

Altered Products

We are not responsible for products that have been altered after delivery, including items that have been cut, sewn, trimmed, resized, installed incorrectly or otherwise modified.

Altered products are not eligible for repair, replacement, exchange or warranty coverage.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
